Mr. Radovich is one of the original two Founders of ACT.

Chaslav immigrated to Chicago, Illinois with his Family in 1968.  The family moved to California in 1974 and Chas attended The University of San Diego majoring in Biology and Chemistry. At the university, Chas became involved in the computer and electronics industry. Founder of BEST Electronics in 1985, at the birth of the Semi-conductor Industry, he became a franchise distributor for Intel, Micron, Samsung, and many other semi-conductor manufacturers. Chas became one of the Founders of CREDITEL, the first cellular-phone credit card processing tech firm in 1992. Chas was also one of the Founders of Los Alamos Energy, a Co-Gen Operation producing electricity from the gas flaring from oil wells, which was sold to Pacific Gas and Electric.

Chas has developed mastery in identifying disruptive technology, formulating and executing effective business plans, and taking such businesses public. More examples include: Pacific Snacks (SNAX), AIMSMART (AIMS) Healthstar (PPOS) Log On America (LOAX) and Cobalis (CLSC). At Cobalis, Chas headed up phase 3 trials with over 2,500 patients in over 31 clinics throughout the United States.
