Dora Cheatham

Dora is a seasoned business development, sales, and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in new product development, commercialization, economic development, and ecosystem building. She was instrumental in leading the successful funding proposal for the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub (MACH2), which secured a $750 million award to establish a clean hydrogen hub that will serve Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey.

Previously, she served as executive director of Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance (DESCA), positioning the organization as a leading catalyst and resource within Delaware’s innovation ecosystem. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Spanish language and literature from the Queen Mary University of London a postgraduate degree in Business and Foreign Languages at the University of West London.
