Javier Rubio

Javier Rubio is a senior mechanical engineer and public official from Spain, Europe, with extensive experience in environmental permitting for large-scale hydrogen and renewable energy projects. He has overseen some of the country’s most strategic green hydrogen initiatives. Javier also serves as Vice President of the Society of Piping Engineers and Designers (SPED) in the U.S., and is a long-standing Liaison Officer for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in the UK. These international roles give him a truly global perspective on hydrogen deployment.
