
Matt Potter
Matt Potter is the Managing Principal of Potter Consulting Group, a San Francisco–based advisory firm specializing in hydrogen energy and zero-emission transportation. He has served as an advisor to multiple successful PNW Hydrogen Hub project applications, was the lead consultant on the Lewis County electrolyzer and refueling station project, and has delivered research studies, techno-economic analyses, and fleet transition plans for several Washington government departments and transit agencies.
In addition to his regional work, Matt has advised global clients such as Jera Americas, World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC), and other multinational developers on hydrogen supply chains, investment strategies, and policy. His projects span from analyzing hydrogen production pathways and carbon intensity models to structuring fleet transition plans and public procurement strategies for transit agencies.
