Phoi Truong

Phoi Truong is a Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations. She joined the DOE to contribute to the mission to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

Prior to the DOE, Phoi served as the subject matter expert on integration of new fuels in heavy-duty vehicles for North America at PACCAR. She brings hydrogen experience from process control roles in refining and in the nitrogen fertilizer industry, where she led a project to improve energy efficiency in steam methane reforming and the ammonia synthesis loop. Phoi is an active Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
